Ensure your school website complies with the new SEN Regulations
The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 come into force on 1st September 2014. You can read the full regulations here on the legislation.go.uk website.
With regards to your school website, the relevant clause is:
52. The governing body or proprietor of the school must publish on the school’s website its report containing SEN information.
The content of this report is prescribed in Schedule 1 of the regulations.
